Delivery includes implementation and tests. It is an important step as it constitutes the formal handover of the solution.
During the delivery phase, we recommend that in-house personnel be involved in the quality tests required for acceptance. After acceptance, the complete solution and administration is formally handed over to the in-house staff.
If agreed, iCore consultants can continue acting as mentors also after delivery.
